Expert Witness Evidence

Future care costs are often the largest financial component of an injured individual’s claim. A methodologically rigorous, evidence-based, and defensible Life Care Plan is critical to successful litigation of catastrophic and/or complex cases. I have been accepted as an expert witness for both Occupational Therapy and Life Care Planning by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
