Life Care Planning and Occupational Therapy
I create Life Care Plans, which in Canada are commonly referred to as Future Costs of Care Reports. Life care plans are frequently used in personal injury litigation, but they also serve a variety of other purposes, including insurance and structured settlements, medical malpractice, special or family trusts, eldercare, and estate planning.
An individualized, methodologically rigorous, and defensible life care plan can empower individuals living with chronic health conditions, facilitating meaningful engagement in daily life while also addressing legal and insurance considerations.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs or those specific to your client.
